Maundy Thursday – Join us for a service starting at 6:30 pm. Engage in the story of Christ’s last night with his disciples.
Good Friday – Join us for the choir led Tenebrae service starting at 6:30 pm. Tenebrae is a service of darkness where candles are extinguished to symbolize the events of Holy Week from Palm Sunday through Jesus’ death and burial.
Easter Sunday –
What makes you brave? In the days after Jesus’ death, his followers were afraid. They hid themselves away. They were uncertain and anxious, not knowing what would happen next. When the light of that first Easter began to dawn, they were able to see new ways to rise from their fear and step into something new, something exciting and something that equipped them to be more brave than they could have ever imagined.
Join us on Easter Sunday as we tell a story of light, life, and courage. Remember that all of us were born to have the courage to rise.
We will be celebrating Easter at 9am and 10:30 am. Services will be identical and in the Sanctuary.
Easter Offering – Our Easter offering this year will benefit our local St. Louis community by providing meals to those in need. The Easter offering will supply the materials needed to pack meals and give those meals to local charitable organizations.
As a congregation, our families and friends we will meet on April 22nd, at the church, pack meals and have a blast serving together. All ages from 3 to 103 are welcome to join in the fun. The local organizations will then pick up the meals and distribute them as needed.
We will be partnering with The Pack Shack to organize this event. Check out the video below to see what to expect when you, your family and your friends arrive. In just one-two hours, 50-100 people can pack up to 20,000 meals for our community! What a difference we can make!
Take some time to pray about your offering this year. It will make a huge impact in the lives of families in our community. Let’s give. Let’s spread the word. Let’s have some fun serving together!
