This Saturday, July 18th, our Mid-High and Senior High youth will be travelling to Hancock County, Mississippi to help build energy efficient homes to replace those destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. The youth going on the trip are Meghan Birdsong, Emma Bitikofer, Steven Fitzpatrick, Cassie Kibens, Celia amprecht, Andrew Meyer, Whitney Pennington, Logan Perkinson, Conor Reinhardt, and Destiny Wright. The adults going on the trip are Ryan Gibbs, Annie Gibbs, Joel Kichline, Duane McDowell and Nicki Reinhardt. As this dedicated group of youth and adults depart, keep them in your prayers for safe travel and successful completion of the work they endeavor to do.

There is still time to help support the youth with a contribution to cover the expenses associated with this endeavor. All donations should be made payable to Webster Hills UMC with "2009 Youth Mission Trip" in the memo line. Those who contribute will be invited to enjoy an appreciation event in the fall.

We commend the youth and adults who are making this trip for stepping out in faith to make a difference not only in the lives of the people they help but also in their own lives.
