Is there a craft or skill that you would like to learn or develop? Or perhaps teach to others? The United Methodist Women have a place for you! UMW is forming a brand new circle designed for the purpose of learning new crafts and skills. This new circle will meet on the third Tuesday of the month at 9:30 am in Room 130 of the Christian Life Center. Already we have volunteers to teach knitting, crocheting, painting, drawing, quilting, and card making. This is only the beginning because surely there are many other talents among our members – perhaps one of you would like to share. The dream is that this “creativity” will spread to benefit others by using them to create prayer shawls, lap robes, BRO items or items to sell to support our many missions. Our creativity is a gift from God and this is one way we can help each other to develop and use these talents. Won’t you please join us? Contact Barbara Matt at 314-968-1465 with questions.
